500C Hotend

Engineered to reach temperatures up to 500°C, enabling reliable processing of advanced engineering polymers and high performance materials. Designed for consistent thermal control, it delivers stronger parts, improved layer adhesion, and dependable results on demanding applications.

150C Heated Bed

Capable of reaching temperatures up to 150°C, the heated bed provides strong first layer adhesion and improved dimensional stability when printing demanding materials. Designed for consistent heat distribution, it helps reduce warping and supports reliable results on long prints.

100C Chamber

Powered by a 1500W chamber heater, the HT 1 delivers fast heat up times and maintains temperatures up to 100°C for a stable printing environment. This helps reduce thermal stress, improve interlayer bonding, and produce stronger, more consistent parts.

Liquid Cooled

The HT 1 features an advanced liquid cooling system designed to keep critical components operating at stable temperatures, even during extended print cycles and high chamber temperature use.

By efficiently removing excess heat, it helps prevent overheating, protects sensitive components, and maintains consistent performance. The result is greater reliability, improved component lifespan, and dependable print quality on demanding applications.

Auto Bed Leveling / Meshing

A three point bed mounting system provides full control over bed position and precise mechanical adjustment. Combined with automatic bed leveling and mesh compensation, the HT 1 accurately maps the build surface for reliable first layers, improved adhesion, and consistent print quality.

Customisable

The HT 1 is built with flexibility in mind, allowing users to modify, upgrade, and add components as their needs evolve. Constructed using standardised 2020 aluminium extrusions makes integration of accessories, specialist tooling, and performance upgrades straightforward.

The open and adaptable software allows settings, controls, and workflows to be tailored to specific requirements, giving users the freedom to tailor the machine to their specific applications.
